(7-20-20) On 7/19/20 at 2:59pm Berrien County Sheriff’s officers were dispatched to the report of an unknown injury accident on Pardee Rd, north of W Warren Woods Rd in Weesaw Township.
Upon arrival, Deputies located a single vehicle collision where the lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased on scene. The driver of the vehicle was Timothy J. Munday II (29) from Sodus, Michigan.
The vehicle was northbound on Pardee Rd when the vehicle appeared to have gone off the left side of the roadway and collided with a guardrail, causing the vehicle to roll several times, and ejecting the driver from the vehicle.
Munday was pronounced deceased on scene. There were no witness to this incident and no other vehicles involved. It is unknown at this time if alcohol or drugs were a factor in the collision.
The investigation is ongoing and the collision is being in investigated by the Berrien County Accident Investigation team.
