The attention comes to sign language interpreters who are usually front and center with each speaker during the numerous coronavirus press conferences and seen around each state.
In Ohio that new star is Marla Berkowitz, she is deaf –
The use of these interpreters are vital to those who are hearing impaired and need to know the facts of each situation.
Someday don’t be surprised if there is not a Hall of Fame for these rising stars.
