On Tuesday, 10/15/2019 at approximately 8:45PM, BHDPS officers responded to a report of an Armed Robbery at the Subway Restaurant located at 667 W. Main. BHDPS officers were in the area of the restaurant at the time of the incident, as a result the suspect was located very quickly. The suspect, a 21 year old Benton Harbor man was taken into custody. The weapon,a pistol was also located. During the course of the arrest the money taken from the register was also located. The males name will be withheld pending arraignment.

The Subway Restaurant is operating on regular hours today.
