On December 16th at 3:00 PM Berrien County 911 received a call reporting an individual involved in a traumatic accident in a wooded area at the 5800 block of Meadowbrook Rd, Bainbridge Township.

Responding Deputies learned that a 55 year-old male of South Haven, MI had been cutting down a large tree on the property. As the male was harnessed to the tree, a dropped limb inadvertently swung at the male, striking him.
