Date: 8-2-18 On Tuesday, July 31, 2018 members of the Southwest Enforcement Team, with the assistance of Michigan State Police, and Berrien County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at 204 Hull St in the city of Benton Harbor.
Bruce Todd Miles (32) was arrested following a 4-week investigation into the distribution of cocaine. During the execution of the search warrant detectives located approximately 50 grams of crack cocaine and powder cocaine, and other items related to the trafficking of illegal drugs.
Miles was arrested and lodged at the Berrien County Jail on the following charges:
- Possession with intent to deliver cocaine 2nd
- Possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine 2nd
- Maintaining a drug house
On Thursday, August 2th, 2018 members of the Southwest Enforcement Team, Michigan State Police, Berrien County Sheriff’s Department, and Berrien County Tactical Response Unit executed a search warrant at 871 Superior St in the city of Benton Harbor. Officers located Nathan Magee (44) inside the home at the time of the search warrant. During the execution of the search warrant officers located a quaintly of cocaine packaged for sale and distribution, a shotgun, a possible stolen hand gun, and other items related to trafficking of illegal drugs.
Magee was arrested and lodged at the Berrien County Jail on the following charges:
- Possession with intent to deliver cocaine 2nd
- Possession of a firearm by a felon
- Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony
- Possession of ammunition by a felon
- Maintaining a drug house 2nd
These two cases are not related
