(12-27-20) This morning at approximately 5:39 am, the Cass County Sheriff’s office was called to investigate a personal injury crash that occurred in Howard Township, on Pine Lake Street near the M 60 intersection.

South Bend resident, Corrin Adamo (20), was the driver of the vehicle that went off the roadway and struck a tree. Adamo was treated at Borges Hospital in Dowagiac. Dowagiac resident, Tajaun Reed (19), was transported to Lakeland Hospital in Niles for minor injuries. Occupants were wearing seat belts.

Intoxicating Substances are believed to have been a factor in the crash. This crash remains under investigation.
