UPDATED – (1-2-20) – Law enforcement officials have identified the man who died Wednesday in a Niles kayaking accident.
Jean Claude Mutabazi (40) of South Bend, has been identified as the deceased. He was kayaking with Tom Lehman, (72) of South Bend, Ted Knudson (81) of South Bend and Pierre Celestin (37) of Berkeley, California
