(4-3-18) High water conditions are forcing roads to be closed in Jay County and Blackford County. Please use caution as conditions are good for other roads being closed by high water in both Ohio and Indiana.
- Avoid the area of State Road 1 between 200 N and 350 N due to high water.
- Be cautious of 300 S and 300 E due to water across the road. Do not drive through high water.
