Christopher Wayne Stoops

(2-16-18) – (LaGrange County, IN)-A 33 year old man from Elkhart County was arrested late last night following a vehicle pursuit which started on the Indiana Toll Road in LaGrange County and ended in Bristol.

According to Trooper Zarek Finley, at approximately 9:28 p.m., he attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a 1993 Chevrolet Camaro traveling westbound on the Toll Road at the 118 mile marker, which is about three miles west of the Howe exit, for multiple traffic infractions.
